THE MEMORIAL TOURNAMENT GIFT CARD: TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Memorial Tournament Gift Card ("Terms and Conditions"). By purchasing or using the Memorial Tournament Gift Card ("Gift Card"), you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions. The terms "you" and "your" refer to the person who purchased the Gift Card and/or the person who is using the Gift Card. The terms "we", "our" and "us" refer to Muirfield Village Golf Club dba the Memorial Tournament.

THE GIFT CARD
The Gift Card is a prepaid payment device that comes with a set dollar value of $25, $50 or $100 embedded into the card. If you are a Golden Bear Signature Club member and you receive your Gift Card as a part of our loyalty program, your Gift Card comes with a set dollar amount of $25 embedded into the card. The Gift Card is not a credit, charge or debit card. It can be used only at authorized locations on the Memorial Tournament grounds during the Memorial Tournament. Authorized locations at the Memorial Tournament are the following: (i) The Champions Pavilion; (ii) All concession stands on Memorial Tournament property; and (iii) All official golf merchandise shops on the Memorial Tournament property. From time to time the Gift Card service may be inoperative. If this occurs, you will be unable to use your Gift Card and/or obtain information about your Available Funds.

BEFORE USING THE GIFT CARD
All Gift Cards are automatically activated at the time of purchase. For questions please contact the Tournament ticket office at 877-MT BADGE.

TRACKING YOUR BALANCE
The value of the funds available on the Gift Card at any given time is referred to as the "Available Funds." The Available Funds on the Gift Card at the time of purchase is not printed on the front of the card but is embedded in the Gift Card’s magnetic strip. If activation is required, instructions will be provided and the Gift Card has no value until it is activated. As you use the Gift Card, the Available Funds will be reduced by the full amount of each purchase including taxes, and any other fees. Once the Available Funds are depleted, the Gift Card is no longer valid and you agree (i) not to use the Gift Card or (ii) to purchase additional Available Funds at authorized locations during the Memorial Tournament. Any purchase exceeding the value of the Gift Card require the use of a valid credit card or cash to complete the transaction. You must keep track of the Available Funds on your Gift Card. To obtain your Available Funds balance or to request information about previous transactions, call toll free within the United States - 1-877-MT BADGE.

EXPIRATION
This Gift Card expires 24 months after date of purchase. While you may leave Available Funds on the Gift Card, starting 24 months after the date your Gift Card was purchased, and subject to applicable law, we will donate the Available Funds to the Memorial Tournament Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.

LOST OR STOLEN CARDS
As a Gift Card recipient, you agree to treat the Gift Card as you would cash. Gift Cards cannot be replaced if they are lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed, cannot be used or redeemed towards previous purchases, cannot be used or redeemed to purchase other Gift Cards, cannot be resold and are not refundable. If the Gift Card is used without your permission, you will not be reimbursed for such loss. Subject to applicable law, Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash.

SPECIAL OFFER
A Special Offer may be available from time to time when purchasing or using the Gift Card. For example, the current Special Offer gives you an automatic $10 bonus for each $100 Gift Card you purchase. The $10 bonus value will be embedded into the magnetic strip as a part of your Gift Card’s value automatically at the time of purchase. Subject to applicable law, the $10 bonus offer applies only to purchases of the $100 gift card and does not apply to multiple Gift Card purchases that may equal $100 in value. We reserve the right to add to, change and/or cancel the Special Offers at any time without notice.

NO WARRANTIES
We are not responsible or liable to you for any interruption of the Gift Card service.

CHANGING THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS/NOTICES
We may change the terms of, or add new terms to, these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without cause, and without giving you notice, in accordance with applicable law. In addition, we may suspend, cancel, add, modify or delete any feature offered in connection with your Gift Card at our sole discretion at any time, with or without cause, and without giving you notice, subject to applicable law. Any notice given by us shall be deemed given when deposited in the United States mail, postage prepaid, addressed to you at the latest address shown on our records.

APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms and Conditions and your Gift Card, and all questions about their legality, enforceability and interpretation, are governed by the laws of the State of OHIO, USA (without regard to internal principles of conflicts of law).

The Gift Card is issued by Muirfield Village Golf Club dba the Memorial Tournament.
