Q: When is the 2012 Memorial Tournament
A: May 28 - June 3, 2012

Q: When will player commitments be released and where will they be posted?
A: Player commitments will be released Friday, May 25, 2012 and can be found by visiting the “News” section on this website.

Q: When do the Tournament gates open?
A: Gates open daily at 7am (more info in schedule of events section)

Q: How do I purchase tickets?
A: Tickets may be purchased online through the Memorial Tournament website or by contacting the Ticket Office directly.

Q: Can I buy tickets at the gate?
A:
Practice round tickets ONLY. May 28 - May 30: Practice round tickets are sold at the entrance gates ($30, Monday - Wednesday grounds access) Cash only. These tickets do not sell out.

Q: Do children need a ticket?
A: Children 12 years of age and under will be admitted free of charge when accompanied by a ticketed adult.

Q: Does the Tournament offer a Will Call location?
A: Yes, Will Call is supplied by way of the Memorial Patron Center. (More info in the Patron Center section)

Q: Is free parking available at the Tournament?
A: All public parking for the Memorial Tournament is free. For more information click here. (More info in the Traffic and Parking

Q: Can I bring a still or video camera?
A: Film or digital cameras are only permitted on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of Tournament week. Video equipment is
prohibited all seven days of the Tournament. (For a complete list of prohibited items please see the Security Guidelines

Q: Are cell phones permitted?
A: Cell phones and mobile devices will be permitted on the property for 2012 in accordance with new PGA TOUR regulations announced in February, 2011. The use of cell phones and mobile devices during the Memorial Tournament is restricted to designated areas and not allowed on the playing field (tees, fairways and greens), practice areas or players' scoring area. Patrons must keep cell phones in the “silent” mode at all times. Photo and video use of all mobile devices is prohibited beginning Thursday and capturing video is not permitted at any time. Violators will have their phones confiscated; they can be retrieved at the close of play at Lost and Found within the Clubhouse.

Q: Am I allowed to use my umbrella at the Tournament?
A:
Patrons are permitted to use umbrellas on the golf course -- not to exceed the size of a standard golf umbrella.

Q: Can I bring food or drinks to the Tournament?
A: Patrons are not permitted to bring food or beverage onto the Tournament grounds. (More info in the Security Guidelines section)

Q: Can I bring a Stroller or Wheelchair?
A: Strollers and wheelchairs are permitted on the course

Q: Are wheelchairs available to rent?
A: Wheelchairs are not available for rent.

Q: How far is Muirfield Village Golf Club from Downtown Columbus?

Q: Are ATM machines available at the Tournament?
A: Four convenient ATM locations exist: the Pavilion Concession Concourse, No. 6 Tee Entrance Gate, adjacent to the 14th green, and Clubhouse entrance (Clubhouse badge required). (More info in the Course Map section)

Q: Does the Memorial Tournament have a Lost and Found service?
A: Yes. Lost and Found is located adjacent to the North entrance of the Clubhouse Pro Shop. (More info in the Security Guidelines section)

Q: Where can I find a Course map?
A: Course maps are available online (click here), in The Memorial magazine, the Spectator Guide, Daily Pairings Guides, at every Tournament entrance and at the Information Center next to the driving range.

Q: What do I do in the case of inclement weather?
A: Observe the leaderboards throughout the golf course for “WEATHER WARNING” signs that will appear prior to inclement weather moving into the area. When these signs appear, spectators are advised to take precautions PRIOR to play being suspended. If the siren sounds, seek shelter immediately. Q: What is the Memorial Tournament Neonatal Intensive Care Unit?
A: In 2006 a new era emerged in the over 30-year partnership between Nationwide Children’s Hospital and the Memorial Tournament - the newborn unit was dedicated as the Memorial Tournament Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. The Memorial extended its pledge to the hospital as its primary beneficiary in recognition of the 2,500 volunteers who dedicate their time and energy each year.
