More than 30 Nationwide Children’s Hospital Auxilians serve on the Women’s Division Committee. They are responsible for recruiting, scheduling and managing volunteers throughout the Tournament. This dedicated committee, representing the Memorial Tournament and Nationwide Children’s Hospital, works to ensure professionalism from all Tournament volunteers. Listed are the 13 areas the Women’s Committee oversees, and a brief description of each.

New in 2012
Junior volunteers (aged 14-17) may serve with a parent or legal guardian in the following areas: Bears for Children’s, Leader Boards, Status Boards and Course Watering. Volunteers for all other areas must be 18 years of age or older, unless otherwise noted.
*Each volunteer is required to schedule a minimum of eight hours to participate.
Badge Policy
Volunteers working 8-11 hours receive, one All Tournament Badge. Plus one gate voucher for a guest to use any day they choose.
Volunteers working 12 hours or more receive, two All Tournament Badges.
Bears for Children's - The Memorial Bears for Children's program assists with raising funds in addition to seeking pledges and donations for the Memorial Tournament Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Nationwide Children's Hospital.
Concessions - Stand while selling refreshments in stands situated around the golf course. Volunteers must be at least 21 years of age.
Course Watering - Responsible for watering flowers / plants in various areas of the course. Must be 21 years of age or older to drive a cart or over 14 years of age accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Courtesy Cars - Arrange for and drive players, PGA tournament officials/guests during tournament week, and move cars to designated areas before and after tournament. Volunteers must be 21 years of age.
Cub Care - Provide child care for children of players during tournament play. Located off course.
Hospitality - Various responsibilities are greeting Sponsors and/or their Guests at Hospitality Village and Sky Suites/Villa Information Tent (on-course).
Leader Boards - Post scores of leading players on boards located both on and off course.
Memorial Patron Will Call - Operate an off-site Memorial Patron Will Call, which serves as a badge exchange for Memorial Tournament Patrons for a fee donated to Nationwide Children's Hospital. Volunteers must be at least 18 years of age.
Sandwich Factory - Making sandwiches for the concessions. Located in the lower level of the Muirfield Pavilion. Volunteers must be 18 years of age.
Scoring & Data Control - Spot player's golf balls on the course, plotting them on a map and entering the coordinates into a palm pilot. Golf experience necessary.
Spectator Relations - Distribute pairing sheets and handbooks, assist with answering questions and directing spectators as well as selling souvenirs. Spectator Relations Message Center, various gates or on-course locations.
Status Boards/ Press Room - Post the scores of approaching players at each hole on course.
V.I.P Courtesy Center - Volunteers distribute miscellaneous credentials to PGA association members, media, and the public during Tournament week at an off-course location.
