NetJets supports Nationwide Children’s Hospital through charity program at the Memorial Tournament presented by Workday
DUBLIN, Ohio – The Memorial Tournament presented by Workday announced today that Columbus-based global private aviation leader NetJets will continue to support Nationwide Children’s Hospital through its Birdies for Nationwide Children’s presented by NetJets program. The second-year charitable initiative will provide a $25 donation on behalf of NetJets to Nationwide Children’s Hospital’s Memorial Tournament Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) or other areas of greatest need for each birdie made during competition at the 2023 Memorial Tournament.
The program is made possible thanks to NetJets and its shared philanthropic vision with the Memorial Tournament to support Nationwide Children’s, which has been a primary beneficiary of the Tournament since its inception in 1976. In turn, the Memorial will join NetJets and match its final Birdies for Nationwide Children’s donation to the NICU.
In its inaugural year Birdies for Nationwide Children presented by NetJets raised nearly $62,000 thanks to 1,237 birdies made during the four competition rounds at the 2022 Memorial Tournament.
New for the 2023 program, the public is now invited to join the cause by donating to Birdies for Nationwide Children. All public donations include eligibility to win a Memorial Tournament presented by Workday and NetJets prize package.
