Dear Memorial Tournament Patron,

On behalf of Nationwide Children’s Hospital and the Memorial Tournament, we THANK YOU for supporting the Memorial Patron Will Call (MPWC) hosted by the Memorial Tournament Volunteer Committee for Nationwide Children’s Hospital.

All international badge orders will also be available for pickup at MPWC.

MPWC Hours of Operation

*In the case of a rain delay, MPWC will close one hour after the end of play. Times are subject to change.

Premium Service

Our goal is to provide the community with a convenient and efficient means for exchanging Memorial Tournament badges. The MPWC Premium Service handles the exchange of your badges for the entire Tournament week. This service is offered for a requested minimum fee based upon the total number of badges. The fees collected benefit the Memorial Tournament Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Nationwide Children’s Hospital.

Minimum Fees

Step 1: Click Here to complete the Premium Service Enrollment Form.

Step 2: Click Here to complete a Daily Guest List for each day of the Tournament with the names of each guest using your/your company’s badges.

• Please designate the appropriate badge for each guest on your daily guest list: Patron Badge, Pavilion Badge, Golden Bear Club Badge, parking pass or hospitality pass.
• Please list multiple contacts. Our job is to ensure the guest listed on your account receives the respective badges. In the event a question arises, MPWC will require authorization from your contact person(s). 

Step 3: Drop off Enrollment Form, Daily Guest List(s) and badges to MPWC during hours of operation Tournament week.

We will accept payment by CREDIT CARD ONLY.

• Please include your/your company’s name and telephone number on the back of each badge. We recommend pre-printed labels or a permanent waterproof marker.
• Should you have any changes, kindly email us at willcall@thememorialtournament.com

IMPORTANT: Please let your guests know the name of the account you have set up with MPWC. All badges are tracked by your/your company’s name, not your guests’ names.

IMPORTANT: MPWC will request your guests show a photo ID prior to picking up the badge during Tournament week.

It is your responsibility to assure all badges are returned to the MPWC each day for the next day’s use. To assist you, MPWC will make every attempt to call your designated contact person(s) regarding unreturned badges, once the badge is released to your guest, MPWC is not responsible for the badge or its return. Nationwide Children’s Hospital, the Memorial Tournament, the Memorial Tournament Volunteer Committee and MPWC volunteers will not be held responsible for unreturned, lost, stolen, or otherwise unavailable badges.

Standard Service

This service provides a one-time badge pick up. When you drop off your badge, you designate the name of the person who will pick up the badge. NOTE: These badges are NOT returned to the MPWC.
