Folds of Honor

Folds of Honor Friday, in partnership with Folds of Honor and the PGA TOUR, recognizes the commitment and sacrifice of military service members and first responders who guard our freedoms and protect our communities.

Folds of Honor Friday

It is an inspiring experience for patrons, players, caddies, sponsors, volunteers, and Tournament staff to engage on-site through a shared connection and appreciation of those heroes who preserve our freedoms and protect our families.

The Memorial Tournament presented by Workday was honored to serve as the initiative's debut in 2024 and excited to announce that the initiative will return in 2026.

Since its inception, Folds of Honor has awarded nearly 73,000 scholarships, totaling over $340M in educational impact. In Ohio, 278 recipients received awards this academic cycle, equaling more than $1.3M in local impact.

Military challenge coins are an iconic symbol in the military. Historically, these coins are given as a token of appreciation, recognition, and pride for service members who have gone above and beyond their duty. Normally, a senior leader presents it to someone lesser ranking as recognition for a job well done, but in recent years that protocol isn’t always the one followed. But one thing is true, military challenge coins hold great value to those who receive them and they are passed down through generations as a prized possession.
