COVID-19 Protocol FAQs
Do I need to wear a mask to the Tournament?
Masks will be required upon entry (Please bring a mask or one will be provided for you). Please be respectful of your fellow patrons by wearing your mask when walking the course and when around non-family members.
How has Tournament entry changed?
Upon entry to the Tournament, all patrons will be required to wear a mask and will have their temperature taken. Each patron will also be required to complete a CDC symptom questionnaire. If a patron’s temperature is above 100 degrees, they will be isolated and administered a second reading. If the temperature once again measures 100 degrees or higher the patron will be asked to leave the property and to seek medical advice.
Can I bring my own hand sanitizer into the Tournament?
Yes, patrons may bring their own hand sanitizer up to 2 ounces in size. Sanitizer dispensers will be located throughout the property for convenient access.
Do Tournament pro shops and concessions accept cash?
No, all point of sale locations, including Tournament pro shops and concessions, will not be accepting cash payments in 2020. All major credit cards are accepted.
Will there be social distancing at the Tournament?
Yes, patrons will be asked to maintain 6-feet of separation at all times unless members of the same family.
Corrals and Corridors will be instituted on the golf course as designated one-way paths and corrals with a maximum capacity played in traditionally popular areas that will aid social distancing efforts and help patrons safely navigate the course.
Is parking different for the 2020 Memorial Tournament?
Parking will still be provided free of charge at designated lots adjacent to Muirfield Village Golf Club. Parking will NOT be available at the Columbus Zoo Lot this this year.
Are shuttles available this year?
All general public shuttle transport for the 2020 Tournament has been eliminated. Guests will be provided the ability to park their own vehicles and walk to the tournament venue.

General Tournament FAQs
No, we do not sell single day tickets. Our tickets are full-week passes, valid Monday - Sunday and are transferable so they can be shared among friends and family. Click here to view the badge options currently available for purchase.
Gates open at 7 a.m. on Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. Gates open at 6:30 a.m. on Thursday and Friday. Click here to view the complete Schedule of Events.
This year’s Memorial Tournament will implement and execute protocols to allow for a 20% maximum capacity on property to be permitted each day of the Tournament. For more information please call the Tournament Ticket Office at (877) MT BADGE or 614-889-6712.
Tickets will not be available for purchase at the Tournament gates.
All patrons, regardless of age, will require a ticket for entry. Complimentary junior tickets will not be provided at the gate. However, any junior tickets previously selected with an order will be honored. PLEASE NOTE: Children must have a Memorial Pavilion or Golden Bear Club ticket to enter these respective venues. The junior ticket will not provide access to these upgraded locations.

Spectator parking is conveniently located and free every day.

SPECTATOR MOBILE DEVICE POLICY
- Devices must be on silent at all times; flash may not be used.
- Devices may be used to capture video, audio and photos (content) in all areas throughout Tournament week.
- Content may be used for personal purposes (e.g., personal social media); no commercial use.
- No live streaming or real-time coverage (e.g., no shot-by-shot coverage).
- Data use (e.g., texting) is permitted in all areas throughout Tournament week.
- Phone calls are allowed only in designated areas.
- Please be respectful of play and do not interfere with players, caddies or media.
- All posted signage and instructions from Tournament staff must be observed.
- Failure to comply with this policy may result in revocation of your ticket.
To ensure an enjoyable experience for fans and the proper competitive environment for players, the Memorial Tournament reserves the right to confiscate phones or devices from violators of this policy. Confiscated phones can be retrieved at the completion of play at Lost and Found located on the service drive at the Patron Information tent.
Patrons are not permitted to bring food or beverage onto the Tournament grounds. Exception: Baby formula/food - Child must be with parent. Click here for more information in our Policies & Prohibited Items section.
ATM machines will NOT be available on property at the 2020 Memorial Tournament. All payment for on course concessions and retail will be conducted through credit card, no cash will be exchanged on property. Credit card payment will be applied through customer swipe or tap.
Yes. Lost and Found is located just inside the main Tournament entrance at the Patron Information tent.
Course maps are available online (click here), in The Memorial Magazine, Daily Pairings Guides, at every Tournament entrance and at the Patron Information tent, located just inside the Tournament's main entrance gate.
Observe the leaderboards throughout the golf course for “WEATHER WARNING” signs that will appear prior to inclement weather moving into the area. When these signs appear, spectators are advised to take precautions PRIOR to play being suspended. If the siren sounds, seek shelter immediately.
