Dublin, Ohio – Electronic Arts Inc. announced this week that Memorial Tournament Founder and Host Jack Nicklaus will be featured inTiger Woods PGA TOUR 2014, the latest edition of its popular golf franchise. In addition, the home of the Memorial Tournament presented by Nationwide Insurance and host site for The Presidents Cup 2013, Muirfield Village Golf Club will be one of the 20 championship courses available in the game, which is scheduled for release in the United States on March 26.
The game includes an all-new mode, Legends of the Majors, that gives players a chance to compete against some of golf’s greatest players,including past Memorial Tournament Honorees: Nicklaus (2000), Seve Ballesteros (2010), Ben Hogan (1999), Bobby Jones (1976), Arnold Palmer (1993), Gary Player (1997), Sam Snead (1984) and Lee Trevino (2004). As with previous versions of the game, players can also face Woods, who is a five-time winner at the Memorial, including the 2012 installment.
“We hope the inclusion of Muirfield Village Golf Club will provide added excitement for our fans as they tee it up on the Tournament course and compete against Woods, who is a five-time winner here including last year, or the Golden Bear himself,” said Dan Sullivan, executive director of the Memorial Tournament presented by Nationwide Insurance.

All-week Patron Badges to the 2013 Memorial Tournament presented by Nationwide Insurance currently are available to the general public. The badges, valid May 27 – June 2, cost $155 and include three complimentary Practice Round Any Day Tickets (each valid any one day Monday – Wednesday) at no extra cost. As always, kids 12 and under can attend for free with a ticketed adult, and kids 18 and under are admitted free on Wednesday for Junior Golf Day. Daily tickets for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday practice rounds are also available. The cost is $30, and they are valid for all three practice-round days.
New for 2013, the Memorial Tournament introduces the Memorial Pavilion badge, which will replace the Clubhouse badge and provide patrons who purchase individual badges and packages the ability to enjoy the drama of Tournament action as it unfolds on the 18th hole. The Memorial Pavilion will also provide guests with food and beverage options for purchase to complement the incredible view. Also offered for a limited time, the weekly badge can be purchased in a daily format. The Memorial's Daily Ticket Pack is only available through March 1.
Muirfield Village Golf Club has the distinct privilege of hosting The Presidents Cup, October 1 – 6, 2013. As an exclusive benefit for 2013 Memorial Tournament patrons, tickets to The Presidents Cup 2013 are available at a special rate of $185 for Grounds tickets or $310 for Captains’ Club tickets (per ticket price). There is a limit of four Grounds and four Captains’ Club tickets per person.
